E-Debarment

Debarment Semester 1/2026
  1. Please be advised that the deadline to debar the students must be done within August 11-September 18, 2026. And the printed sheet is not required to be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar.
  2. Instructors, who fail to debar the students within the mentioned deadline, must record the grade “W” into the e-Grading System. The debarment result must be announced directly to the students.
  3. Student can check the examination debarment (less than 80% attendance) and withdrawal results on September 21, 2026 by 1logging into www.au.edu AU Login  Support Systems E-Debarment and Withdrawal results.
